The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) DPA.
Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been finally answered and the deletion does not conflict with any legal storage obligations, as for example in the case of a possible subsequent contract processing.
Linking social media via graphic or text link
On my website I also advertise presence on the social networks listed below. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. By using this linked graphic, it is prevented that a connection to the respective server of the social network is automatically established when a website with a social media application is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user forwarded to the service of the respective social network.
After the user is forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be excluded that the data collected in this way is processed in the USA.
These are initially data such as IP address, date, time and visited page. If the user is logged into his user account for the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the user's specific visit to the user's personal account. If the user interacts via a "share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user's personal user account and, if necessary, published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

In my internet presence I use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter only referred to as "Google".

To enable the display of certain fonts on my website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is accessed.

In my Internet presence I use YouTube. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as "YouTube".

Google, and thus also its subsidiary YouTube, guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also complied with when processing data in the USA.
I use YouTube in conjunction with the Advanced Privacy Mode feature to show you videos. The legal basis is Art. 6 ( 1 ) ( f ) DPA. My legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of my internet presence. According to YouTube, the function "Extended Privacy Mode" has the effect that the data described in more detail below is only transmitted to the YouTube server when you actually start a video.
Without this "Extended Privacy Policy" a connection to the server of YouTube in the USA will be established as soon as you visit one of my internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is necessary to display the respective video on my website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time as well as the website you visited. Furthermore, a connection to the advertising network "DoubleClick" of Google will be established.
If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube assigns the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting my site or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube account.
For the purpose of functionality as well as for the analysis of usage behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your internet browser on your end device. If you do not agree with this processing, you have the possibility to prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings.
